More About Rachel

My Story

I’m a Virgo sun, Projector and only child of the late Suzette, a chronically ill & disabled Jamaican immigrant, single mom & my champion. I am passionate about community care, intersectional equity, liberation & healing for all - especially those *most* marginalized.

Much of my life was spent feeling (and being) isolated & unsupported by the wounds of the world and others. Now, I’m untethering from the systems of oppression that once kept me stuck and journeying the depths of my inner worlds to uncover the light & love I was conditioned to seek outside of myself.

I’m honored to be a sacred guide to support you, especially Black & Indigenous bbs, remember who the fuck you are so you can do the same.

I currently live in Tkaronto, Canada and love donuts, dancing, divinity & disruption (ideally all at once).

What I Do

As a collective mirror & guide, I support those desiring to do the deep, inner shadow work required for personal & collective transformation and healing.

I think about revolutionary shit in a revolutionary way & invite others to do the same (#lightwork).

I am a commitment to the unapologetic caring for, liberation & healing of queer, trans and/or disabled Black and Indigenous folx.

How I Do It

I’m known for my expertise curating brave & sacred spaces, sharing nuanced perspectives & practical tools, and compassionately guiding folks to better witness, know & embrace themselves (and, thus, others). See my Standards of Care here.

I center embodied, spiritual, ancestral wisdom through the many virtual & in-person offerings I’ve been sharing since 2016. For my training & qualifications see here.

If you’re down to do the deep dive within - supported by your ancestors, sacred spiritual tools & a shitload of laughs along the way, I’m ya gurl.

Some Guiding Inspo

One of my mentors, Mother Toni, spitting truth on how we survive & summing up what I’m up to.

“The grandeur of life is that attempt [to survive whole]…being as fearless as one can & behaving as beautifully as one can, under completely impossible circumstances”

More Good Good

  • I was born with a visible third eye & my sensitivity is my superpower

  • I’ve attended an Indigenous healing circle & 2Chainz concert in the same day (#balance)

  • I always keep champagne in my fridge (momma’s tradition)

Are we aligned?

I’m excited to work with energetically aligned individuals & organizations that

recognize my gifts, and value liberation and dignity over comfort and capitalism.
