This website is operated by Rachel Ricketts. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Rachel Ricketts and her successors, contractors, employees, agents and assigns. Rachel Ricketts offers this website, including all information, materials, courses, events, tools and services available on or from this site (collectively, the "Site") to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.  By visiting the Site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.  If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service

Rachel Ricketts is never intended to be a substitute for professional health advice, diagnosis, medical treatment or therapy.  Always seek the advice of your physical or qualified mental health provider with any questions you may have regarding any mental health symptom or medical condition.  Never disregard professional psychological or medical advice nor delay in seeking professional advice or treatment because of something you have read on loss&found.  This Site is the property of us and/or our affiliates or licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided solely for your personal noncommercial use.

You may not use the Site in a manner that constitutes an infringement of our rights or that has not been expressly authorized by us. More specifically, unless explicitly authorized in these Terms of Service or by the owner of the materials, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from the Site. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
